For the convenience of the students, the School provides bus facility also. Those interested to avail the bus facility shall register their wards name at the time of admission.Every registration is for 12 months. The bus charges for a term should be made at the beginning of the semesters.Every possible care shall be taken to ensure the child's safety and security. The school shall make efforts to give regular and punctual bus service, save in case of sudden breakdown or unavoidable circumstances. It may be noted that no refund of bus fees shall be made in the event of cancellation of School Transport.
BUS RULES FOR STUDENTS

Keep your Bags properly so that they do not come in the way.

Do not put any part of your body outside the window.

Do not damage the Bus in any manner. YOU WILL BE FINED Rs. 1000/-

You can be debarred from using the bus in case of misconduct or damage to the bus or not obeying rules.
Terms and Conditions for availing Bus Facility :
1. The school is providing Bus Services on hire basis to facilitate the transport needs of the students coming from far areas to get quality education. Every step has been taken to ensure safety and security of the students on board. However, under no circumstances, the school shall be held responsible for any mishap / mechanical failure & the school is authorized to take necessary decision in case of emergency regarding First Aid or Medical Treatment of the student.
2. In case of cancellation of bus facility for whatsoever reason, the bus fee shall not be refunded.
3. In case of any mechanical failure, parents have to make their own arrangement for pickup/drop from the point.
4. Bus staff (Driver / Cleaner / Lady Attendant) & Teacher In-charge should be treated cordially. Parents are requested not to board the bus under any circumstances. In case of regular delay in arrival/departure or for other transport related problems, communication in writing should be sent to Person In-Charge of Transport. Such communications can also be sent through e-mails. (The school e-mail address is [email protected]) giving full particulars of the bus no., route no, stop name, child’s name, class and parents name. No direct communication in these matters with the bus staff should be made.
5. Steps shall be taken to ensure punctuality during arrival/departure of the buses at respective stops. However, for reasons beyond one’s control the school shall not be responsible for the delay.
6. Students are advised to reach their respective stops at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time to avoid any inconvenience. In case the bus leaves the stop on scheduled time and is missed by the student, then parents have to make their own arrangements to drop their wards at the school and in such cases, necessary information in writing regarding the arrival of the child at school should be given to Security Supervisor at School Gate / Person In- Charge of Transport.
7. Safety and the security of the children during traveling are our concerns. The children (specially of Pre- Primary section & I&II section) shall be brought to the contractor’s office in Nerul, if the parents/representative are not found present at the stops. In such cases, parents have to collect their wards from the contractor’s office in Nerul through their own arrangements.
8. Authority-cum-Information letter with full details regarding the representative authorizing him / her to pick up the child from the school/stop should be submitted to the school. It is in the interest of your child’s safety.
9. The hike in diesel price is unpredictable. In case of hike in diesel price the bus charges shall be hiked retrospective with the date of such increase.
10. While deciding the routes, steps have been taken to cover maximum area/pickup points. Therefore, the buses will ply on the listed routes only. No request shall be made for deviating the buses from the existing routes.
11. Change of address with definite proof shall be intimated immediately. However, request for change of bus due to change in address shall be accepted subject to the availability of seats in the requisite bus route.
12. Child should wear the bus tag everyday to avoid any inconvenience.
13. Bus facility shall be withdrawn immediately in case:
a) Breach of these terms & conditions
b) Involvement of the child / parent in any act of indiscipline during the course of availing the school bus services.
N.B. :
1) The RTO has sent a notice to all Educational Institutions regarding restriction on commercial use of private cars, vans and jeeps for carrying school students. The authorities have proposed strict penalty including impounding the vehicle. The school shall not be responsible for any action taken by the authorities on these vehicles and subsequent inconvenience caused to the children during the course of their commuting in these Private Vehicles.
2) In view of the circular issued by the Regional Transport Office, it is to convey to you that the private vehicles, which are registered with RTO to carry passengers, should only be engaged for transportation of your wards. The seating capacity in case of children should not be more than 1.5 times the no. of seats registered at RTO. Also ensure that the vehicles are not fitted with CNG & LPG kits from unauthorized agencies. The vehicle should be regularly serviced at authorized service stations
